President
Mark backs up his service to Whitestone clients with experience in the financial industry since 1996. One of seven children with four children of his own, Mark is especially understanding of families’ financial needs and the need to come up with creative solutions for families who dream of owning their own homes. Whether his clients are seeking to own their own homes, or are just restructuring their finances by refinancing an existing loan, Mark sees to it that the best products in the mortgage industry are employed to help them reach their financial goals.

Denise Handy

Loan Specialist
Denise believes in helping others and looking out for others. Born and raised in a small Minnesota town, Denise grew up with strong values and the desire to make things better for others. She has raised her four children to respect themselves and others. She believes one person can make a difference. As a mortgage specialist, she takes a direct, meaningful role in making families' lives better.

Denise believes there are aspects of the world that computers can't replace. Hopes, dreams, and goals — we all have them, but many of us don't know how to make them a reality. Technology is a tool that should be used to enhance the face-to-face interaction a client has with their financial consultant.

Daryl Williams

Loan Specialist
Daryl has been a dynamic team leader, serving our nation as a Navy veteran. After serving in the Navy for 20 years, he realized it made sense to give something to the community where he and his family settled. He joined the Whitestone staff in 2003, and has specialized in No Money Down Purchases, offering his clients free credit analysis and repair. As a veteran, he also specializes in both VA and FHA government loans. His expertise extends to a sizeable host of loan products, including Adjustable Rate Mortgages, construction loans, alternative credit loans, prime credit loans, and government grant loans. As a community service volunteer, he helps assist women at the Milwaukee Women’s Center with rental and mortgage issues. Integrity, honor, and committed work ethic are just a few of the character traits that come shining through as Daryl helps families accomplish their housing dreams!

Bob Johnson

Loan Specialist
Bob serves his customers with one strong belief in mind: that everyone should be able to own his or her own home. Bob learned the mortgage finance business from the ground up, purchasing one home with no money down through FHA, and a second home with a stated income program and no money down. He readily shares his secrets with his customers. Bob specializes in working with people who have a determination to get into their own home, no matter how long it takes to correct any credit issues that might be stalling their dreams. Bob is a master at getting difficult situations turned around for his clients and putting them in the house they have always wanted.

Brian Spencer

Loan Specialist
Brian is a life long resident of Southeastern Wisconsin. Born in Milwaukee, he has spent all of his life in the Muskego-Hales Corners area. A single father himself, he believes that both dual income families and single parents should be afforded the benefits to home ownership. Brian prides himself on giving his clients the best rate possible and service that is second to none. For debt-consolidation clients, taking equity out of their home to pay off high interest unsecured debt is something that should only be done if it puts the client in a better situation. He understands the many mortgage programs available to today’s homeowner and will find the best program to fit your particular needs.

Carol Szulczewski

Carol has spent several years in the financial arena offering a sizeable array of both personal and business financial services designed to build wealth for her clients. Teaming with her husband Jeff to form an experienced and savvy Whitestone financial consulting team, she has helped numerous families and business owners enjoy the financial benefits of the wealth building plans they custom craft for each and every one of their clients. Kurt Waltenberger

Mortgage Specialist
Kurt grew up right here in Franklin and is a life long resident of Southeastern Wisconsin, is married to Tina and has 3 children. Kurt has been a loan officer for 6 years and has over 15 years experience in the Financial Services Industries. He specializes in First Time Homebuyers, hard to place loans and helping his clients save money as well as to achieve their short and long term financial objectives by utilizing financial planning tools and customizing the debt instrument (Mortgage) to best meet their objectives.

Dave Dayler

Senior Partner
Dave has been in financial services since 1989. He began his career by purchasing privately held mortgages and land contracts. That business soon led him to the largest mortgage brokerage in Southeastern Wisconsin, where in short order he became their top producing loan officer. He remained with that brokerage for almost five years, when he decided to start another mortgage company along with some partners. He served as president of that mortgage company until he made the decision to pursue financial planning as his full time career. He sold the company to his partners, and made his focus developing complete financial plans. He soon started another mortgage company, where he not only provides financial planning services for his clients, but helps them meet their mortgage needs with the best possible pricing in the area. As for the financial planning services Dave offers through Whitestone Financial, clients can work with him to make their investments, purchase high quality insurance products, and do their tax, estate, and business planning.
